Green Rice

Green rice



ingredients:

250 grams of rice, washed
300 ml coconut milk from half coconut
150 grams of spinach leaves and 50 ml of water, blended, filtered measuring 100 ml
1 teaspoon salt
2 bay leaves
3 sheets of orange leaves bone waste

1 stalk lemongrass, take the white, crushed
2 pandan leaves

Ingredients beans teri Balado:

100 grams of rice anchovies, fried
50 grams of peanut skins, fried

Spices:

5 red onions
5 pieces of curly red chili
1 large red chilies
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon tamarind water 1 teaspoon of tamarind and 1 tablespoon water

Supplementary materials:

2 eggs, scrambled "rawis"
2 tablespoons fried onions for topping

How to make:

Balado teri beans, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add Teri and peanuts. Stir until bandaged. Cook until thick.
Rice: boil coconut milk, water spinach, salt, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemon grass and pandan leaves. Add the rice. Stir until absorbed.
Steamed rice over medium heat 30 minutes until cooked.
Serve rice with anchovies and complementary Balado.
