Petis Egges

PETIS EGGES

Ingredients:

5 eggs
200 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons cooking oil


Flavoring ingredients:

3 cloves of garlic
4 pieces of red onion
1 large red chilies
3 large green chilies
2 cm galangal
1 cm turmeric
1 tbsp shrimp paste or fish
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
salt to taste
1 tbsp tamarind water

How to make:

Boil the eggs until cooked and remove skin
Garlic, onion, turmeric, brown sugar, and salt mashed into one
Saute the spices into powder, red chili and green chili. Add paste and tamarind water. Cook until done
Enter the coconut milk and cook until boiling
Add the eggs, cook until done, and rather dry milk
Remove and serve
