Ayam Bakar Limau

Ingredients :
1 chicken, cut into 6 pieces
1 tablespoon of citrus's essence
1 tablespoon of salt
2 citrus, cut into 2 pieces
3 tablespoon of sweet soy ketcup
100 ml coconut milk
4 lime leaves
2 tablespoon of oil
5 shallots
3 garlics
Method :

100 ml coconut milk

2 tablespoon of oil

Method :
- Crush shallots.
- Crush garlic.
- Dip chicken in citruss's essence and salt in 30 minutes.
- Fry shallots and garlics with lime leaves.
- Put chicken and stir.
- Add sweet soy ketchup and coconut milk, stir well.
- Bake with pieces of citrus.
- Served with rice.
