Fried Bannana Bread "Molen"

Recipe of "Fried Bannana Bread"

  • 750 grams of wheat flour 
  • 100 grams 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 115 grams of margarine 
  • 75 ml of liquid milk 
  • 20 grams of baking powder 
  • 15 grams of instant yeast 
  • 150 ml water 
  • salt to taste 
  • Plantains, cut lengthwise in half and then fried to content

How to Make 

  1. Prepare a container and then mix all the ingredients except the bananas, stir until evenly distributed and become dull. If you've set aside about half an hour 
  2. Divide the dough each approximately 40 grams, then round-round and let stand another quarter of an hour 
  3. If you've pulunglah each dough lengthwise (if sticky Sow a little flour), gyre like rope about 30cm long. 
  4. Prepare fried bananas which have then, wrap the dough is formed lengthwise on the banana until the banana becomes closed. If you've let stand 1 hour in advance
  5. Fried in oil until submerged, and wait until cooked.
