Unyil Bread

Ingredients to make Unyil Bread :


375 grams of high protein flour

100 grams of cake flour

130 grams of sugar

3 egg yolks

100 grams of butter

250 ml of ice water

30 grams of milk powder

10 grams of instant yeast

1 tsp bread improver

1 tsp fine salt

How to make Unyil Bread :

  1. Combine all ingredients have been prepared, namely: wheat flour, sugar, milk powder, instant yeast, bread improver, and salt then stir hinga evenly mixed. Put the egg yolks and pour ice water gradually, stirring until smooth. Then add the butter and mix again until the dough becomes smooth and soft. 

  2. Allow the dough to expand or for approximately 40 minutes. Then Kempeskan dough and cut the dough according to taste.

  3. Prepare the pan and spread with butter pangganan, taru dough has been cut into the pieces into the pan, let sit for half an hour so that the dough expands.

  4. After input dough mixture into an oven with a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown, remove from heat and let cool. Toast peanuts are ready to serve
