Nastar Cheese Cake



The main ingredient  Nastar Cheese Cake :
200 grams of butter
2 egg yolks
50 grams of refined sugar
350 grams of wheat flour

1 tbsp Maizena flour
1 tbsp of full cream milk powder
1/4 tbsp Vanilla powder

Ingredients Contents of  Nastar Cheese Cake :
1 piece of pineapple, finely grated
125 grams of sugar
5 grains of cloves
3 cm or Cinnamon phalange

Ingredients Spereadable of  Nastar Cheese Cake :
1 whole egg 1 egg yolk
1 tbsp water
Grated cheese for sprinkling on top to taste nastar

How to Make pineapple jam:
1. Cook the grated pineapple with sugar, cloves, and cinnamon over low heat.
2. Stir until dry, do not get charred, remove and let cool.

How to Make  Nastar Cheese Cake :
1. Whisk eggs and mixer, sugar, butter, until well blended.
2. Enter the cornmeal, flour, vanilla powder and milk, while in the sieve and stir until blended.
3. Take the dough and just guessed at the amount, rounded shape and fill with pineapple jam to taste.
4. Prepare a baking sheet, spread with margarine. Put the dough into the pan so the cake, give a distance.
5. Spread with egg yolk, and sprinkle it with grated cheese.
6. Bake the cake at 175 degrees Celsius oven temperature. Wait about 15 minutes or until cake cooked.
7. Remove, let cool and put in an airtight jar.

Flour Fried Chicken

Ingredients :

2 chicken's breast, cut into 8 pieces

2 tablespoon of soy salty ketchup

salt to taste

pepper to taste

1 egg white, stirred

Flour Mixed:

3 tablespoon of wheat flour

3 tablespoon of sago flour

salt to taste

pepper to taste


Method :
 
Marinate chicken with soy salty ketchup, salt,pepper, put in refrigerator for 1 night.

Before fry it, marinate the chicken with white egg, keep aside for 1/2 hour.

Cover chicken with flour mixed and fry until become brown.

Served with tomato or chilly ketchup.

Ingredients :
1 chicken, cut into 6 pieces
1 tablespoon of citrus's essence
1 tablespoon of salt
2 citrus, cut into 2 pieces
3  tablespoon of sweet soy ketcup
100 ml coconut milk
4 lime leaves
2 tablespoon of oil
5 shallots
3 garlics

Method :
  1. Crush shallots.
  2. Crush garlic.
  3. Dip chicken in citruss's essence and salt in 30 minutes.
  4. Fry shallots and garlics with lime leaves.
  5. Put chicken and stir.
  6. Add sweet soy ketchup and coconut milk, stir well.
  7. Bake with pieces of citrus.
  8. Served with rice.

Chicken Salad Recipe


Chicken Salad Recipe




Ingredients:

    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon honey mustard
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate (optional)
    4 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 large apple, unpeeled, cored and chopped
    1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
    3 to 4 green onions, chopped
    1/3 cup pecans, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

    Toast pecans in a 250ºF oven. Watch carefully to make sure they do not burn. Set aside to let cool.
    In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, orange juice, salt and pepper. Stir well to mix together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
    In a large bowl toss together chicken, celery, apple, cranberries, onions, pecans and parsley. Add the dressing and mix together well.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving to allow those wonderful flavors to meld.

Serves 6

Ingredients:

    4 cups watermelon chunks
    1 pint strawberries
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 lemon (or 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice)
    2 tablespoons sugar
    fresh mint (optional)

Directions:

Hull the strawberries. Peel and seed watermelon, cut into thumb sized chunks.
Put watermelon and sugar into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into chilled bowl.
Juice the lemon. Blend strawberries in the blender and slowly add yogurt and lemon juice while blending. Pour into bowl with watermelon and stir well. Put into the fridge for at least 2 hours. Use the fresh mint to garnish.
Serve ice-cold.

Makes 6 servings.

Beef Pot Roast Recipe

Beef Pot Roast Recipe



Ingredients:

    3 to 4 pound beef roast
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    dash of black pepper
    pinch of ginger
    1 to 2 tablespoons oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    2 stalks celery, cut into large pieces
    piece of green pepper
    1 tomato, cut into chunks
    2 carrots, cut into large chunks
    small piece of yellow turnip (or rutabaga)
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 wine or sherry

Directions:

    Wipe the meat with a paper towel to dry it. Mix together the flour, salt, pepper and ginger. Rub mixture on all sides of the meat.
    Heat the oil in a heavy roasting pot. Brown the meat on all sides. Place the vegetables around the roast. Pour water and wine or sherry over the roast. Place lid on the pot and simmer on the stovetop for about 3 hours. This pot roast can also be baked in the oven at a medium heat (about 350ºF) for the same length of time.

For the gravy:

    1 heaping tablespoon flour
    1 to 2 cups water

Remove meat. To the essence in the pan add the heaping tablespoon of flour plus the water. Cook, stirring often, until thick. Strain the gravy (including the vegetables)) through a sieve. Makes a most delicious gravy.

Variation:

If you don’t want to use sherry or wine to flavor the pot roast, substitute an equal amount of beef broth.

Baked Garlic Chicken Recipe

Baked Garlic Chicken Recipe


Ingredients:

    3 to 4 pound whole roasting chicken
    salt and pepper
    40 cloves garlic, peeled
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    1/2 cup chicken stock

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F°.
Sprinkle the inside of the chicken with salt and pepper. Stuff garlic cloves into the cavity. Tie legs together. Tuck wing tips behind chicken’s back.
Place chicken, breast side up, on a greased wire rack in a roasting pan. Brush chicken with oil. Pour stock into pan.
Roast chicken at 350 F° for 25 minutes per pound (1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours for an average bird), basting often with juices and stock from the pan.
Transfer chicken to a serving platter. Discard string. Remove garlic cloves and mash.
Garlic cloves can be spread on the chicken or on toasted rounds of French or Italian bread for an extra treat.

Nasi Goreng


Ingredients of Nasi Goreng:


4 cups cold cooked rice
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg , lightly beaten
5 shallots , peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic , peeled and sliced
3 red chilies , sliced
1 teaspoon dried shrimp paste
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
sliced cucumber (to garnish)
sliced tomato (to garnish)
8 ounces sliced chicken or 8 ounces sliced pork or 8 ounces medium shrimp , shelled,deveined and chopped 1 cup shredded cabbage (optional)



How to Make nasing goreng recipe:

Stir the rice with a fork to separate the grains.
Pour a small amount of oil in a wok and fry the egg to make a thin omelet; cool, then shred.
Heat the remaining oil in the wok and fry the shallots, garlic, chilies and shrimp paste until the shallots are tender (if adding any meat or shredded cabbage to this dish, add now and cook until meat is cooked through).
Increase the heat to high and add the rice, salt and soy sauce, adding a little oil if necessary, stirring constantly until well mixed and heated through.
Garnish with shredded egg, cucumber, and tomato.
Serve with fried egg, fried chicken, satay, and tasty, (in the traditional style), if desired.

1 bulb garlic

1/4 cup thin soy sauce(or regular soy sauce)

6 cup water

For the Fried Wonton
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbs butter
1 large egg
water as needed
1 tsp salt
oil to fried

Condiment
rice noodle blanced till soft (bihun rebus)
baby bok choy blanced (daun caisim)
celery leaf (daun seledri)
fried shallot (bawang goreng)
Indonesia sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
ABC Chilli sauce(sambel ABC)
distiled vinegar (cuka)
fried wonton (pangsit goreng)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder


Method

In the food precessor grind the lean beef with chrused ice cube 2-3 times until they all sticky
In the mixing bowl, add ground beef with the rest of the meatballs ingredient until they all mixed together
Scoop with 2 teaspoon,make round ball

and now it's time to make the broth.

Cinnamon Cake

Cinnamon Cake



ingredient :

225 grams of butter
100g brown sugar
50 g sugar
4 eggs
